You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, enabling appropriate authentication practices and all activity under your Account. Notify us promptly at support@mdrpilot.com of any suspected unauthorised access.
Access may be role-based (e.g. Owner, Quality Manager, Consultant, Viewer). The Customer's designated Owner manages billing, invites and subscription changes.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk or non-payment.
6. Subscription, billing and plans
6.1 Plans and limits

6.3 Payment
Paid subscriptions are collected via our Payment Partner (e.g. iyzico) or invoice as agreed. You authorise recurring charges for renewals until cancellation. Failed payment may result in suspension.

Live AI features consume monthly token allowances included in your plan. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Extra token packs, where offered, remain available until consumed.
6.5 Changes
We may modify plan features or list prices with reasonable notice. Price changes apply at the next renewal unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights in Customer Data. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse and comply with law.
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, models, prompts, templates, UI, trademarks (including MDRpilot) and documentation. Except for the limited right to use the Service during an active subscription, no ownership is transferred to you.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
8. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for performing these Terms. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy), which forms part of these Terms.
You are the controller of Customer Data you upload; we process it as needed to operate the Service. Do not upload data you are not entitled to process.
9. AI features and third-party providers
When enabled, content you submit may be processed by configured third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate outputs you request. You are responsible for ensuring that such processing is permitted under your policies and applicable law.
We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness of AI outputs. Always review Generated Output with qualified personnel.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited).
12. Term, suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel renewal as described in the Delivery and Refund Policy (/refund). We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, legal risk or discontinuation of the Service with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Export your data before closure where the application provides export tools. We may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal holds and backups.
13. Third-party links and integrations
The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, security or practices.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires explicit consent.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply.
Consumer disputes may be brought before competent consumer arbitration committees / courts as provided by law. For B2B Customers, Gaziantep courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
